Inside the Eigna Box

Owning AI is easier to believe when you can point at it. One base, five homes for the model, and why we build the first ones ourselves.

Eigna Box Home standing upright, the Figure cut through its face

Most people have never seen their AI. It lives in someone else’s building, behind a login. When we say a model is yours, the fair question is: where is it?

The Eigna Box is one answer: a machine that holds your model, on your desk, in your office or in your data centre. The Figure is cut through the case, never printed, and your name is on the plate.

One base, five homes

Every Eigna Box shares one base. What changes is the home it makes for the model, and who it serves.

  • Personal, for one person: their own assistant, learning only what they approve. Planned for Q2 2027.
  • Home, for a household: an assistant for each person, working even when the internet is down. Planned for Q2 2027.
  • Assistant, for one professional: the doctor, the lawyer or the engineer who works alone. Planned.
  • Business, for a team or a company: our everyday model, the team’s experts and an assistant for each person. Planned for Q4 2026.
  • Enterprise, racks in a data centre or on the company’s own servers. Planned for Q1 2027.

Why we build the first ones

We build the first boxes ourselves, from standard parts: an Apple silicon or NVIDIA desk machine inside a case we design. The first cases can come off a 3D printer. Today’s memory tiers run from 36 to 256 GB.

The first box will run in full local, or Hybrid when a task needs more power, with our everyday model and one expert, for demos, Test Labs and anyone who asks where their AI lives. It is planned. We will show it when it runs.

Partners build at scale

We design and build the first boxes; partners build at scale. That is where my work starts. A hardware maker could build the box as a manufacturer, as a co-brand or with Eigna inside. A telecom or a retailer could sell Personal and Home in shops, with installation and a care plan. A regional data centre could host GPUs for Eigna Cloud and Hybrid in its market.

None of these is agreed with any company today. They are the routes we are opening. What stays the same, whoever builds or sells the box, is what runs on it: the model, the loop and the proof, with the same Model Deed for every owner.

What runs on it

Our models and experts first, with assistants on top, for work and for private life. On a Business box, each person gets a business assistant that connects mail, calendar, chat and documents, follows the company’s rules and approvals, and stays with the company. On a Personal or Home box, the assistant learns only from what you approve, and your messages never train anyone else’s model. Both are planned.

No seats, no screen

The box is quiet and has no screen. You buy it once or lease it, with a care plan that keeps the model learning. There is no seat count. People use their model where they already work; the box holds it.

If you build machines people use every day, and you want the model inside to be theirs, talk to us about partnering.

Double opt-in. One click to leave. We never share the list.

Each issue holds

  1. One release or testWhat passed the gate, what was held, and the reason in one line.
  2. One Journal pieceAn explainer from the people who build it.
  3. One numberWith its baseline and its date, never on its own.

The first issue comes in November 2026.

Bring one task. See the proof first.

In about four weeks, on your own data in a sealed setup, we show whether an Eigna expert beats your baseline. If it does not, you keep the report.
