    01

    These terms

They cover your use of eigna.ai and the forms on it, and are set by Eigna Labs, Inc., Delaware, United States. By using the site, you accept them.

    02

    What the site is

Information about Eigna, and a way to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or investment advice. Prices are proposed until they are in a signed offer. What is marked planned, in development or target is not available yet, and screens marked illustrative show illustrative data.

    03

    Results

Our results describe one test, on one setup, at one date, against a named baseline. They are not a promise of what a model will do on your work. A Test Lab measures that.

    04

    Forms and requests

Send only details that are yours to share. A request, including a Test Lab request, binds neither side: work starts only with a signed agreement. Please do not send confidential data through the forms.

    05

    Our name and content

The text, images, films, the Eigna name and the Figure belong to Eigna Labs, Inc. Press may use the files on the press page, unchanged, to report on Eigna. Any other use needs our written consent.

    06

    Liability

We take care that the site is accurate and available, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or from sites we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

    07

    Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live still apply. Questions go to contact@eigna.ai.

    Always learning.
    Yours for good.
