Where it runs, for defense
Eigna Local
Data never leaves.
On a closed network and owned hardware, trained on the owner’s own GPU.
Training runs on a GPU we rent in a region you approve: an encrypted snapshot goes there for each run and is deleted after it. Where nothing may leave your network, it runs on your own GPU.
The first expert
Three tasks to start with.
Approved work from cleared teams, inside the network.
Analysis
Reads and summarises large document sets on a closed network.
Fuel deliveries moved from weekly to twice a week 1. Spare part requests for one vehicle type doubled 2.
- 1Depot supply reports
- 2Maintenance requests
Learns from · Briefings approved by cleared analysts.
Translation
In the language pairs the work needs, trained on approved material.
Translated with your glossary 1. Two terms have no approved translation yet and are marked for review 2.

Logistics and maintenance
Forecasts and triage from your own records.
Six vehicles, ranked by distance since the last service and past wear 1. Two are already in the plan 2.

The proof we will measure
A metric, a baseline and a sealed test, agreed before we start.
The target is set with you before the Test Lab starts. If the expert does not beat your baseline, you keep the report.
17.8%
Our first training run cut forecast error 17.8% against its base model. It is not yet ahead of a simple last value baseline, and we publish that too.
Rules in plain words
What the rules ask, and what every release gives you.
- 01
Scope first
Analysis, translation, logistics and administration. Never weapons targeting.
- 02
Clearances and export rules
Export rules and clearances apply, and are held by the cleared partner.
- 03
Offline
Local on a closed network today. An air-gapped profile is planned.
Defense and security
On a closed network, under your control.
Analysis, translation, logistics and administration, delivered only through cleared partners. Never weapons targeting.
Defense: questions and answers
Do you work with defense directly?
No. Only through cleared integrators and security partners, who hold the clearance and the contract.
Can it run without any outside connection?
Today it runs as Eigna Local on a closed network, trained on your own GPU, so the data stays on your network. A fully air-gapped profile is planned.
Which work is out of scope?
Weapons targeting, always. The scope is analysis, translation, logistics, maintenance and administration.
Test Lab
Request a Test Lab for defense.
One task, your data, a sealed setup, about four weeks. If the expert beats your baseline, the test set becomes your first release gate. If not, you keep the report.
- RouteOnly through cleared integrators and security partners. The partner holds the clearance and the contract; Eigna brings the model, the loop and the gate.
- Watch forPartner-led only. We do not sell to defense directly.
- ReplyWithin two working days, from a founder.
