The Formula

Your work makes a model of its own.

An open base model, plus the work your people approve, equals a model that belongs to you.

Two plates, one Figure

Base model + your work = your model.

  1. Plate A, the base model
  2. Plate B, your work
  3. Apart: trained on approved work
  4. Closer: tested on a sealed set
  5. Aligned: released, your model
Term oneBase modelThe best open model for the task, chosen per job and never tied to one lab. Every base passes a licence check. For example Qwen, Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Kimi or gpt-oss.
Term twoYour workApproved files, rules and decisions. A correction is not training data until someone approves it.From mail, calendar, chat, documents, code and your API, as connectors arrive.
Term threeYour modelReleased, on record, with its Model Deed. The equals sign is earned at the gate. Its weights are yours. You can take them with you.

The name of your model

The letter of the Formula is the letter of the model.

Formulas by field

Eight letters. One loop.

Live means it exists and runs today. Next means it is being built now. Ready means the method, the run modes and a first expert are defined, and a project can start with a Test Lab on your own data.

  1. T · TradingTLM · LiveForecasting. Our first expert, the model behind Benchmark 001.
  2. O · OperationsOLM · NextOperations triage, the second build.
  3. R · Risk and complianceRLM · ReadyKYC review and AML triage.
  4. J · LegalJLM · ReadyContract review, claims triage, research in past cases.
  5. H · HealthHLM · ReadySorting referrals, summaries for clinicians.
  6. P · Public sectorPLM · ReadyCase triage in many languages, answers on local rules.
  7. F · Field and agroFLM · ReadyYield and price forecasts, advice in the local language.
  8. L · LanguageLLM · ReadyOur everyday model, for daily work.

Benchmark 001 in trading is the only published proof so far.

What a Formula holds

Our know-how for one field, kept and improved with every install.

  • Data schemaWhat the work looks like in this field.
  • Sealed test setCases kept apart from training, so results stay honest.
  • GradersHow an answer is scored.
  • Base model choiceThe open model that fits, licence checked.
  • Expert scopesWhich small experts the field needs.
  • Safety railsWhat the model may do, and what it asks first.

Every client keeps its own model.

Each turn of the loop makes the next install faster, while the model and the data stay with the client.

  1. 01Test LabOne task, proven on your own data before you buy.
  2. 02InstallA model you own, with its Model Deed.
  3. 03LoopApproved work trains the next version. Live only when better.
  4. 04ProofEvery release leaves a record. The strongest become public benchmarks.
  5. 05FormulaWhat we learn about the field makes the next install faster.

Then back to the start: each turn makes the next Test Lab in the field shorter and its first release stronger.

The Figure

Light passes only where both plates are open.

One plate is the base model, the other is your work. Where they align, the model is yours.

A dark concrete room whose end wall is two plates, the seven crossings its only window

Test Lab

One task + four weeks + a sealed test = a report you keep.

If the expert does not beat your baseline, you keep the report. If it does, the test set becomes your first release gate.
