What this site collects, why, and what it never does.

Who is responsible
Eigna Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, [registered address], United States, runs eigna.ai and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about this policy go to contact@eigna.ai.
Our representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR: [EU representative, name and address].
What we collect, and why
- Visiting the site. Our host records what it needs to deliver pages and keep the site secure: IP address, browser, page and time. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Counting visits. We count visits and pages in aggregate, without cookies and without following you across sites. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Sending a form. What you enter, such as your name, company, email and message, plus the page you sent it from and your language. We use it only to answer you and follow up on your request. Basis: steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Release notes. Your email and language, only after you confirm your address. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw with one click in any issue.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use what you send us to train any model. We set no tracking cookies.
Who helps us
Vercel hosts and delivers the site. Our own system, Eigna HQ (hosted by Vercel and Supabase), counts visits without cookies: the page, the referring site, a device class and the country, never who you are. Resend sends our email. Supabase stores the requests you send through our forms. Google delivers calendar invitations when you book a call. Anthropic writes your result from your answers when you use See if it’s a fit; we do not store those answers unless you ask for the result by email. Each processes data only on our instructions, under its data processing terms.
Transfers outside Europe
Eigna Labs and these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Form requests: as long as we need them to answer and follow up, and no longer than [retention period] after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Release notes: until you leave the list.
- Server logs: [log retention period], then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@eigna.ai and we answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example where you live.
