Every company will own its AI.

The learning loop already exists. Today it trains the vendor’s model.

The thesis

Every company will own its AI. We build those models, run them and keep them learning, and every install makes the next one easier. Recurring, expanding, with hardware and equity on top.

The vendor owns the modelThe client owns the model
Keeps learning
Rented, learns from youThe vendor keeps the model your work improves.
Owned and keeps learningEigna, run as a service, released only when better.
Trained once
RentedThe same model for everyone.
Owned, trained onceThe model stops learning at go-live.

The loop runs today, for the vendor. Ownership is sold trained once. Eigna joins the two.

What we still have to prove

  • A first expert that beats a last value baseline, so a result can become a product claim.
  • The Eigna Loop running for a paying client, with its first learning report.
  • The proposed prices, accepted by buyers who pay for a Test Lab.
  • The first Eigna Box running a full local expert.
  • The next three cases signed in the focus industries.

First clients by case: trading, media and coding. Our first client shares founders with Eigna, and we say so up front.
