Government and cities

Your city’s own AI.

Case triage, answers on local rules and summaries in many languages, on a model each city owns.

A resident writes in Portuguese about noise from a building site. Where does it go?

Building inspection, not the environment office: the site holds a permit 1. Reply in Portuguese with the permitted working hours 2.

The work that cannot leave

Case files and residents’ data cannot go to a foreign cloud. In every market report we checked, government and defense are the largest buyers of AI that must stay in the country, and cities rarely have the staff to build it.

  • Residents’ data
  • Decisions and past answers
  • Local rules and forms

Where it runs, for government

Eigna Local

Data never leaves.

On the city’s own servers or an Eigna Box in its building. Or Eigna Hybrid, in the region the city chooses.

Training runs on a GPU we rent in a region you approve: an encrypted snapshot goes there for each run and is deleted after it. Where nothing may leave your network, it runs on your own GPU.

The first expert

Three tasks to start with.

Decisions and answers approved by case officers. One shared Formula for many cities; each city owns its own model.

01

Request and case triage

Routes residents’ requests to the right office, in the language they were written in.

Answers on local rules

Finds the regulation, the past decision and the form, with its source.

Summaries

Turns long case files into the summary a case officer needs, with every claim linked back.

The proof we will measure

A metric, a baseline and a sealed test, agreed before we start.

We measureRequests routed correctly, and time to answer
AgainstToday’s process
OnA sealed test set of past requests

The target is set with you before the Test Lab starts. If the expert does not beat your baseline, you keep the report.

17.8%

Our first training run cut forecast error 17.8% against its base model. It is not yet ahead of a simple last value baseline, and we publish that too.

Rules in plain words

What the rules ask, and what every release gives you.

  1. 01

    Transparency

The EU AI Act’s transparency duties apply from 2 August 2026: people should know when they deal with AI.

  2. 02

    Essential public services

Its high-risk duties for the uses in Annex III, among them access to essential public services, apply from 2 December 2027.

  3. 03

    A record you can show

A named owner, a Model Deed and a release record for every version. Designed to support your compliance work, not to replace it.

Government and cities

One Formula for many cities.

Each city owns its own model, and it learns only from that city’s approved cases. No data moves between cities.

Government: questions and answers

Does one city’s data help another city’s model?

No data moves between cities. They share the Formula: the method, the tests and the graders for city work. Each city’s model learns only from its own approved cases.

Which languages does it handle?

The languages your residents write in, tested on your own past requests before release. Where it is unsure, it routes to a person.

How do we buy it?

Directly as a small Test Lab, through an integrator on a framework agreement, or together through your municipal association. We confirm the route with your procurement team.

Test Lab

One task, your data, a sealed setup, about four weeks. If the expert beats your baseline, the test set becomes your first release gate. If not, you keep the report.
