Agrotech and cooperatives
Your farm’s own AI.
Day-by-day advice from a farm’s own soil, weather and harvest data.

Not before Thursday: rain is forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday 1, and the last scouting report found pressure below your threshold 2.

The work that cannot leave
A farm’s data is its know-how. A cooperative can share one Formula while each member owns its model.

Data stays in the region you choose.
Small experts on the farm’s or cooperative’s machine; the main expert on a GPU in your region.
Prompts for the main expert travel over mutual TLS, with no prompt logs by default.
The first expert
Three tasks to start with.
Advice and decisions approved by the farmer or agronomist.
Field advice

The proof we will measure
A metric, a baseline and a sealed test, agreed before we start.
The target is set with you before the Test Lab starts. If the expert does not beat your baseline, you keep the report.
17.8%
Our first training run cut forecast error 17.8% against its base model. It is not yet ahead of a simple last value baseline, and we publish that too.
Rules in plain words
What the rules ask, and what every release gives you.
- 01
Each member owns its model
The cooperative shares the Formula. Each farm’s model learns only from its own approved data.
- 02
No data moves between members
One member’s fields never train another member’s model.
- 03
Tested on unseen seasons
A forecast goes live only when it beats last season’s method on seasons it never saw.
Agrotech and cooperatives
Each member owns its model.
The cooperative shares one Formula. Each farm’s model learns only from its own approved data, and one member’s fields never train another’s.
Agrotech: questions and answers
Does every farm need its own hardware?
No. Small experts can run on a machine at the farm or the cooperative, with the main expert on a GPU in your region.
Who owns the model?
Each member owns its own model, with a Model Deed. The cooperative shares the Formula: the method, the tests and the graders.
Which languages?
The language your members use, tested on the cooperative’s own guides and past answers before release.
Test Lab
Request a Test Lab for agrotech.
One task, your data, a sealed setup, about four weeks. If the expert beats your baseline, the test set becomes your first release gate. If not, you keep the report.
